I would like to thank you for all your kindness and help during the transmission problem with my truck and the related failure of the total transmission. We were just passing through on our way back to Panama City, FL when it all happen I guess if it had to happen it could not been in a better place. In todays world it is hard to find people you can trust in the automotive industry and you folks show up front professionalism and trust in the first few minutes of contact. You have a great clean place that looks great and I know how hard that is with all the oil and grease flowing around. You called with and estimate and it was right and when Casey called and told me my truck was ready and asks about the total cost it was the same as the estimate (a strange thing in todays world). Also thanks for working with me on picking up the truck on Saturday, as I know Marvin had other things to do than come to shop to meet me and final the deal.

Thank you Marvin, Laura, and staff of advanced transmissions for the great work you did on my 1997 jeep Wrangler. At 100,000 she was grinding bad on down shifts, I wanted to keep her because new car prices were depressing. I had used you before for automatic transmission work but was not sure if the clutch, manual transmission, transfer cases and differentials would be a problem for you guys or not. I was not disappointed. Not only did you fix the transmission problem but inspected serviced and repaired my 4X4 drive train completely. My jeep is shifting smooth as a new one now and your prices were very resonable on all the parts and sevice you performed. It was worth the drive from the Mississippi state line to your door to get my baby fixed.

My 18 yr. old son and 5 friends were traveling to Panama City, Fl when our Ford Expedition had a complete transmission failure. Laura and Marvin were a Godsend for our family. Common courtesy does still exist! Well I felt like a ole friend with these guys and girl's Told them my problem and they listened. I let them look at my truck they told me it needed a closer look inside transmission. I really did not have the money at the time to fix itor the more intensive exam. They understood told me what I needed to do until i was ready!
